Ruoksat

4 cl Laplandia Lingonberry
dash Angostura bitters
Fever Tree Tonic Water
thyme

Add ice, Laplandia Lingonberry vodka and a dash of Angostura bitters into an on the rocks glass. Top with Fever Tree tonic water and stir. Garnish with fresh thyme.

‘Ruoksat’ means ‘red’ in Notrhern Sami language.

4 cl Laplandia Mint Shot
1 bar spoon white wine vinegar
vichy or soda water

Add ice, Laplandia Mint shot and a bar spoon of white wine vinegar into a on the rocks glass. Top with soda water and stir.

‘Muohta’ means snow in Northern Sami language.

Báhkas Sompio

4 cl Laplandia Aureus
1 cl simple syrup
dash tar liqueur
hot water

Rinse out a glass suitable for hot beverages with a dash of tar liqueur. Pour the liqueur out and add in Laplandia Aureus and simple syrup. Top with boiling hot water and stir.

4 cl Laplandia Espresso Shot
whole milk

Pour Laplandia Espresso into an espresso cup. Froth the cold whole milk and layer it on top. You can garnish the drink with a couple of drops of Angostura bitters on top if you like.

2 cl Laplandia Eclipse
6 cl prosecco
dash of white wine vinegar
fresh basil leaves

Add Laplandia Eclipse, white wine vinegar and basil leaves into a champagne flute and stir. Top with prosecco.

Espresso Martini

4 cl Laplandia Espresso
orange peel

Add Laplandia Espresso into a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and squeeze the essential oils from a piece of orange peel on top. Use the peel as garnish.

Bilberry Basil Smash

4 cl Laplandia Bilberry
1 cl lime juice
fresh basil leaves
dash of simple syrup

Combine all ingredients together with ice into a cocktail shaker, and shake well. Strain and serve in an on the rocks glass. Garnish with fresh basil.

4 cl Laplandia Lingonberry
Grapefruit soda
Lime wedges

Muddle the lime wedges in the bottom of an on the rocks glass. Add ice and measure in Laplandia Lingonberry. Top with grapefruit soda and stir.

Meahcci Breeze

4 cl Laplandia Lingonberry
Bitter lemon soda
lime wedges

Muddle the lime wedges in the bottom of an on the rocks glass. Add ice and measure in Laplandia Lingonberry. Top with bitter lemon soda and stir.

3 cl Laplandia Aureus
1 cl Licor 43
4 cl apple juice

Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass and stir with ice until well chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and serve.

4 cl Laplandia Aureus
dash of tar liqueur

Rinse out a cocktail glass with a dash of tar liqueur. Stir Laplandia Aureus in a mixing glass with ice until chilled, then strain it into the cocktail glass.

Aureus Tonic

Aureus Tonic

4 cl Laplandia Aureus
Fever Tree tonic
dried cranberries

Fill a long drink glass half way with ice. Add some dried cranberries and measure in Laplandia Aureus. Top with Fever Tree tonic and stir.

3 lime wedges

Muddle the lime wedges in the bottom of an on the rocks glass. Add ice and measure in Laplandia Aureus. Top with tonic water and stir.

Aureus Sour

4 cl Laplandia Aureus
2 cl lime juice
1,5 cl simple syrup
1 egg white

Shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with some ice. Strain into an on the rocks glass.

Any flavoured Laplandia Vodka will make an amazing sour. If you use Bilberry, only 0,5 cl of simple syrup is needed.

4 cl Laplandia Aureus
1 cl runny honey
slice of ginger
hot water

Use a glass suitable for hot beverages. Wipe the insides of the glass with a slice of ginger. Measure in Laplandia Aureus and honey. Top the glass with boiling hot water and stir. Use the ginger for garnish!

4 cl Laplandia Bilberry
1 cl simple syrup
3 lime wedges
dash of cherry bitters

Muddle the limes in the bottom of an on the rocks glass. Add a scoop of crushed ice. Measure in Laplandia Bilberry, simple syrup and a dash of cherry bitters, then stir. Fill the glass with more crushed ice. Serve with a straw.

4 cl Laplandia Bilberry
whole milk

Fill an on the rocks glass half way with ice. Measure in Laplandia Bilberry vodka. Top glass with milk and stir.

4 cl Laplandia Bilberry
soda water
rosemary

Fill an on the rocks glass half way with ice. Measure in Laplandia Bilberry vodka. Top with soda water and stir. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary to give the cocktail a forrest scent.

2 cl Laplandia Aureus
1 cl Laplandia Bilberry
1 cl Laplandia Lingonberry
cloudberries
bilberries
lingonberries
[lime peel]
[sprig of rosemary]

Stir all liquids with ice in a mixing glass until well chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass. To garnish the drink, make a little cup out of the lime peel and fill it with berries and/or make a little berry skewer using a sprig of rosemary.

slice of fresh ginger
soda water

Rub the insides of a on the rocks glass with ginger. Add limes and muddle. Fill glass with ice, then measure in Laplandia Bilberry. Top with soda water and stir. Garnish with the ginger slice.

Lichen
Cloudberries

Stir Laplandia Aureus in a mixing glass with ice until it’s chilled. Strain intoa a cocktail glass. Garnish with lichen and cloudberries.
